Tate Spring Street Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Winemaker's Tasting Notes: The Spring Street Cabernet Sauvignon is loaded with lifted dark cherry and pomegranate aromatics that jump from the glass as well as hints of cedar, cocoa, black tea and pencil shavings. The wine is viscous and with lush tannins from the Merlot addition. The palate has black plum, cinnamon, pomegranate and more black cherry. The acidity is firm but balanced. This well-rounded wine is showing well in its youth but will age wonderfully over the next 7-8 years.
