Winemaker's Tasting Notes: The wine shows a deeper pink, toward garnet, than we aimed for, and has a rich comfortable hue. Floral nose, flawless in its purity. This wine captures the draw of Cabernet Sauvignon grape at its core. Very smooth, with bright and round acidity; and fully mouth-coating. Long finish, with subtle rich tannins. One of a kind!
