About the Wine: Produced by the superstar trio of Peter Heitz (Turnbull, Shypoke), Scott Palazzo (Palazzo) and David Choi (Proprietor), this is their artistic vision of a World Class Left Bank Bordeaux Red.
Tasting Notes: Plush fruits have a compote-like characteristic with a velvety weight and silky mouth feel. The well-integrated oak expresses itself as vanilla bean with cedar box and sweet cigar aromas adding to the ripe fruit and providing a backbone for aging.
Varietal: 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and Malbec.
