Grand Napa Vineyards Stone Crib Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Critical Acclaim: 92 pts James Suckling; 91 pts Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes: The limited 2019 Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon is from the beautiful Stone Crib Single Vineyard in the heart of Rutherford, California. The nose is dense, with aromatic balance of rich dark fruit. This seductive wine shows flavors of black cassis, black cherry and a hint of cocoa. The fine plush tannins evolve into a lengthy, supple finish. The Stone Crib name is derived from the iconic stone house on the vineyard which is visible when driving through Napa Valley. The wine embodies the rich flavors that can only come for the legendary Rutherford dust and the history surrounding the estate.

"Aromas of black fruits, dried herbs, bark, licorice and spice box. Full-bodied with plush tannins. Fleshy with a vibrant, fruity character and a creamy finish. Polished. Drink after 2022."- James Suckling.

"The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Stone Crib Single Vineyard boasts aromas of ripe cherries, dusty earth and dry cedar, plus a hint of cinnamon. In the mouth, it's full-bodied yet silky, moderately tannic, with hints of cocoa on the long, softly dusty finish."- Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.
