About the Wine: A sparkling wine that is the epitome of this land. This full-bodied, structured wine is made from Glera grapes from the Asolo hills, where the mineral soil gives the wines unique and unmistakable emotions. 

Winemaker's Tasting Notes: The color is pale straw yellow with greenish glints. The bouquet is intense, fruity, with hints of green apple and lemon, prevailing floral notes of wisteria and acacia. The flavor has a good acid note, fresh flavor, good structure, and is pleasantly harmonious on the palate. 

Serving Suggestion: Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
