Tasting Notes: "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon MMXIX is composed of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple in color, it comes bounding out of the glass with exuberant notes of redcurrant jelly, cassis and boysenberries, plus hints of cardamom, bouquet garni, red roses and lavender.
