Barruol Lynch Hermitage La Pierrelle Blanc 2020

Critical Acclaim: 95 pts Wine Spectator.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow-gold. Mineral-drenched pear, lemon pith and ginger qualities on the pungent nose; jasmine, fennel and chamomile nuances add complexity. Densely packed and gently viscous but lively as well, offering intense citrus, orchard and pit fruit flavors that are sharpened by a mineral overtone. Finishes with outstanding persistence and energy, leaving smoky mineral and floral notes behind.

"A stunner, with an alluring well of melon, peach, apricot and jasmine flavors stitched up with bitter minerality and a vibrant acidic beam. Though lush and plump, this shows good vibrancy too, with almond skin and crushed flint driving through the superlong, harmonious finish. Drink now through 2035." -Wine Spectator.
