About the Wine: Produced from selected, old Mavrodaphne vineyards on sandy clay soils. Our small and concentrated grapes are fermented as naturally as possible, with long skin extractions and are being aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Winemaker Tasting Notes: In this wine we enjoy the typical expression of the variety combined with the special character of the wild Kefalonian nature. Fruits, herbs and spices give a very exuberant character that evolves even more with long-term aging.
