Jaffelin Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Brut

This is a Sparkling wine from Burgundy France that is made according to the traditional method, exclusively from white grape varieties, mainly the Chardonnay varietal. 

Tasting Notes: It displays a lovely pale-yellow hue with golden tints. Aromas of flowers and citrus come through on the nose, which develops buttery and brioche-like notes with age. Full and supple on the palate, with very complex secondary aromas.

Serving Suggestion: This Crémant is perfect as an aperitif, with dessert, or paired with sea scallops or freshwater fish.
